Making it easy for you

To help you get the most from your appointment with Dr Wilsdon, please consider the following:

Telehealth appointments

Video consultation is preferred when possible. Please try to have access to a device (computer, tablet, mobile phone) with a camera and microphone.

For best results, the use of headphones with a microphone is recommended. Using a built-in microphone and speakers is not a problem, however the audio quality is inferior.

In the event that a video consultation is not possible, a phone consultation can be accommodated.

Please ensure you have an accurate list of your current medications.

Please consider whether you would like to receive any pathology/imaging requests via Australia Post or email (as a password-protected file for printing).

Face-to-face appointments

Please complete your New Patient Registration form provided via an email link at the time you made your booking. Please contact 03 9118 2018 if you have not received the link.

Please bring an accurate list of all your medicines.

Please wear clothing and footwear that allows all of your joints to be easily examined (including elbows, shoulders, back, hips, knees, ankles and feet).
