We live in an extraordinary time, with longer lifespans, remarkable medical advancements, and opportunities to lead fuller lives. But longevity without vitality isn’t the goal. I want to help people move well, stay active, and enjoy independence for as long as possible.
Keep active. Keep moving.Keep living independently
Specialties
As a consultant rheumatologist and clinical pharmacologist, my practice brings together two complementary fields:
Rheumatology
Diagnosing and treating arthritis, autoimmune, and musculoskeletal conditions.
Clinical Pharmacology
Understanding how medicines work in the human body and using them with precision and safety.
A personalised approach to medication
I believe in evidence‑based care that adapts to each person. Medication plans are tailored to the individual, accounting for other conditions, treatments, and lifestyle factors, to ensure the safest and most effective outcomes.
My clinical pharmacology knowledge means I have a deep understanding of a plethora of medications, particularly those used to treat rheumatological conditions.
My experience
After completing my Bachelor of Pharmacy at the University of Queensland, I worked as a practising pharmacist before graduating with Honours in Medicine from the University of Melbourne. My specialist training was completed at several leading centres across Adelaide and Melbourne, including The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Flinders Medical Centre, Royal Adelaide Hospital, and Austin Hospital.
I’ve contributed to clinical trials, published in peer‑reviewed journals, and served on the Executive Editorial Committee of Australian Prescriber and as a reviewer for the Australian Medicines Handbook.
