Longview Health

Taking the Longview

We are living longer than ever before, but are we living well?
At Longview Health, my focus is on healthspan – helping people maintain vitality and prevent disease across decades of life.
Longview Health provides a medical approach to longevity, grounded in research, not wellness fads. This includes:

“I believe the future of medicine lies not only in treating disease, but in extending the years of life lived in good health”

What if your future health depended on the choices you make today?
Through my years of consulting in hypertension clinics and caring for patients with cardiovascular, metabolic, and autoimmune conditions, I’ve seen first-hand how early intervention and everyday choices can dramatically change long-term health outcomes.
In developed nations, most deaths occur due to complications from infections, cardiovascular disease, dementia, diabetes, and cancer, yet so many of these can be delayed or even prevented.
In Australia alone, an estimated 36% of our disease burden is preventable. I believe we can do better by focusing on what we do in our daily lives, the small, consistent habits that influence how we age and how we feel.
My passion lies in helping people take a proactive, informed approach to their health, grounded in clinical science but viewed through a broader, holistic health lens.
Your future health is impacted on the choices you make today.
Despite our busy lives, many of us have found the time to invest in our financial future. But have you invested in your future health? At Longview Health I provide the space, structure, and medical expertise to help people live longer, stronger, and healthier lives.

Can you refer me for diagnostic tests and to see other specialists if needed?

Yes, after your personalised assessment, any necessary referrals for tests, scans or to see other health practitioners, will be provided.
